Jennette grew up in Denver and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Denver. She has always been influenced by Avant-garde fashion and art. Her senior year she studied abroad in Florence, Italy and decided she was more excited about a profession involving a creative craft. After a short stint in the “Corporate World,” she began her education at Toni and Guy Academy in Colorado Springs. In 2002 Jennette moved to Atlanta and began her professional styling career at Key Lime Pie Salon and Spa. Here she was trained to cut based on strict Vidal Sassoon theory. Her education continued at the Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, Ca. for an advanced cutting class in 2004. She finished out her southern styling years at Urban Body Spa and Salon where she had attended a 3 day Redken color class in Savannah Ga. She moved back to Denver in 2012 and joined the team at Scarlet where she has had advanced color training from Wella. Jennette has a diverse and educated background which she believes is important when communicating with her clients.
